Hijama not break the fast ramdahan

PendidikanBekam.com - shollallahu Hadith Rasulullah 'alaihi wa' ala wa sallam alihi, between mutawatir hadith in which he stated:
أفطر الحاجم والمحجوم
"It has been breaking people membekamnya berbekam and people."
And the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbas radi' anhuma history of Al-Bukhary:
احتجم النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم وهو صائم
"The Prophet shollallahu 'alaihi wa' ala wa sallam alihi berbekam and he in a state of fasting."

Cupping law when fasting
The scholars differed about pembekaman, including canceling or not fasting.
The first opinion. They said that the bruise break the fast. This is the Hanbali madhhab, Ishaq, Ibn Mundhir, and the majority of fuqaha (Jurists) [44], and corroborated by Ibn Taymiyyah, and Ibn Uthaymeen in his fatwa.
They postulate:
  • According to them the bruise is one thing that can break the fast.
From Rafi 'bin Khadij radi' anhu said: Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Breaking (void fasting) people and dibekam cupping." (Narrated by Tirmidhi: 774, Ahmad 3/465, Ibn Khuzaimah: 1964, Ibn Hibban : 3535: This hadith has been classed as saheeh by Imam Ahmad, Imam Bukhari, Ibn Madini (see al Istidzkar 10/122). Similarly menshahihkannya al Albani in Irwa'ul Ghalil: 931, Misykatul Mashabih: 2012, and Saheeh Ibn Khuzaimah: 1983) .
Second opinion. Second opinion, the bruise does not invalidate the fast. It is the opinion jumhur salaf(earlier), and Khalaf (contemporary scholars) [45]. (Majority) scholars in general, both from the clergy
They postulate:
  • According to them there is a hadith that says that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam radi' anhuma he said: never berbekam while he was in a state of fasting, as in a hadith of Ibn Abbas
"Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never berbekam while he fasted." (Narrated by Bukhari: 1838.1939, Muslim: 1202).
Strong opinions. Strong opinion is the opinion of both, namely berbekam not break the fast, by reason of the foregoing arguments, and confirmed by several things including:
  • Hadith of Ibn Abbas radi 'anhuma which states that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallamberbekam in a state of fasting is to abrogation (remove) hadith which says that the cancellation of a fast and a dibekam berbekam. It is proved that Abu Sa'id al Khudri radi 'anhu said:
رخص رسول الله صلي الله عليه و سلم لاصائم في الحجامة
"Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam gave rukhshah (waivers) for the fasting person to berbekam." (Narrated by Nasa-I 3/432, Daruquthni 2/182, Bayhaqi 4/264; Daruquthni said all reliable narrators, and classed as saheeh by al Albani in Saheeh Ibn Khuzaimah: 1969)
Ibn Hazm said rahimahullah: "The words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam' give rukhshah 'rukhshah (so the origin is prohibited, then permitted). Therefore, the true word / opinion that it (the hadeeth of Ibn Abbas radi 'anhuma) had abrogated the first hadith. "(Al mushalla 6/204) is nothing but show the meaning of the prohibition before the
  • This opinion is strengthened by the presence of other hadiths which suggests that the hadith Rafi 'bin Khadij radi' anhu removed, such as:
عن ثابت البناني قال سئل أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه كنتم تكرهون الحجامة للصائم علي عهد رسول الله صلي الله عليه و سلم? قال لا إلا من أجل الضعف
"From Thabit al Bunani he said: It has been asked Anas bin Malik radi 'anhu:" Do you guys (the companions) at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam hate cupping for the fasting person? "He replied:" No (we do not hate) , unless it be weak (because of a bruise). "(Narrated by Bukhari 4/174; see Fathul Bari in the explanation of this hadith, and also the words of al-Albani rahimahullah Misykatul Mashabih: 2016) who amplifies this problem dalah
From the above it becomes clear that the donor blood does not invalidate the fast, because in-qiyas cupping her to issue a strong opinion is do not break the fast.
