Cupping Education Registration

How to apply Cupping Treatment Education and Training: 

1. Download Registration Form Here
2. Fill out the registration form via the Microsoft Word program
3. Choose a Training Package in the field provided, Oline training or training day.
4. Transfer Fee Through Bank Central Asia (BCA)  Branch Cikokol Tangerang City Banten Indonesia with Account Number: 658-017-3053
5. Send back the registration form via email: informasi.online@yahoo.co.id
6. And wait for registration confirmation email.
7. Online training just settled down to wait for the next clue from a module that will be sent via email.

Participant Education and Training Terms Cupping Day Can: 

1. Open to the public
2. Register and fill out an online form that can didwonload through here, and then sends back the address email: informasi.online@yahoo.co.id or just go straight to Cupping/Hijamah Training Center on Jl. Utama Ujung 334 Komp. PDK Cipondoh Indah  Tangerang City Banten Indonesia 15148
3. Fill in the form of training schedule either by email, phone or directly.
4. Direct training in Cupping Training Center.

Participants terms Cupping Online Education and Training: 

1. Open to the public
2. Register and fill out an online form via email: informasi.online@yahoo.co.id
3. Can use a computer and can access the internet to get the module, soft material, guide treatment, consultation to team teaching, or other modules either download the vidio, pictures and sebaginya.
4. Having your own email address, for delivery of learning and communication tools of learning modules.
